Hi, I ordered ... recently. After placing the order, you then notified exactly what time you posted it and roughly how long it would take to arrive. The batteries arrived the next day, neatly packaged with a colourful receipt, discount voucher on next order.... The nature of my complaint is in fact your service from beginning to end has left me in a state of shock, how dare you have the attitude to treat your customers so very well, It's 2008 and I thought the day's of excellent customer service were over. All I can say is I don't know much about your business, other than I wish it much success for the future, with service like that I'm sure you will all be in the Bahamas in 5 years time.
